pay.

Preparing your web site and submitting is only the
first step. Now comes the evaluation stage. You will need to evaluate
what is working and what is not, then start making changes to your
web site. You may need to do this several times before you start
to see results. I had to submit the West Valley digital media web
site many times to the search engines before I started seeing any
results.
What if I see no results?
- Be patient, it takes time for results, maybe even
3 months.
- Maybe you need to reevaluate your key phrases.
- I have found the biggest problem is when the content
of the page doesn't match the key phrases.
- Maybe there is too much competition.
I am ranking but within only a few areas?
- Great - something is working.
- Maybe find out what is working and build on that.
- In the areas that you are weak, you may need to
consider changing your content.
- Keep trying.
This is a never ending process. You will need to constantly
keeping updating your site: running reports to see where you rank
and keep resubmitting. Unless you have a very unique site, there
are others out there marketing, trying to get ahead of you. |
