Syllabus

Course Description:
This course uses the Apple iLife application suite to edit and create digital media products. The course reviews the apple iLife suite: iPhoto to organize and print digital photos, imovie to capture and edit digital videos, iDVD to orgainze and burn DVDs, Gradge Band to capture and edit digital audio, and iTunes to purchase and download music online.

Objective:
On completion of this course students should be able to:

• Download and save digital audio files
• Create playlist in Itunes and burn to CD-ROM
• Download photoshop from digital camera to iPhoto
• Retouch and crop Digital Photos
• Burn digital photos to CD-ROM and DVD
• Capture and edit digital video using iMovie
• Mix audio and digital video in Imovie
• Burn Digital video onto DVD and CD-ROM
• Create DVD menus in iDVD
• Mixe audio sound track in Garage Band
