The Eiffel Tower has been at the center of Paris and is seen as the most beautiful tower in the world by over the 200 million who have visited it since 1889.
I came upon the Eiffel tower one warm summer evening in June 2004. I have seen several towers in North America and Asia but none are as beautiful as the Eiffel Tower. It's arches are fluid and graceful and from them the tower ascends above a calm and magnificent Paris skyline.

| Paris is one of the most beautiful cities I have visited, and has magnificent museums, galleries, cathedrals and parks. I think cities reflect the soul of civilizations, and Paris with it's many breath taking qualities is nourishing for the soul. |
| In addition to Paris's famous landmarks, are countless cafes, brassseries and restaurants. Parisians love to walk along the Seinne, stroll through parks, and for centuries have congregated on the Champs D'elysees to celebrate milestones in the city's history. The Champs D'elysees is also home to some of the best shopping in Europe. |
My favorite thing to do in cities is to walk the streets, and observe all that I see.
I love to take pictures of things on the street; people, posters, shop windows...whatever catches my eye. |
